Returns
We do not accept returns unless there is a damage or breakage during delivery for which you have to intimate us by providing a video of the opening of the package received within 2 days of receiving the order. Full refund or replacement will be provided in such case accordingly.
Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them in case if damage. Items must be in the original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and certificates.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective. An unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory as proof while opening the package. The video must clearly show the sealed package and the damaged product. Without an unboxing video, damage claims cannot be verified and will not be accepted. We do not accept returns if you simply do not like the design or have changed your mind.
Return Shipping:
If the product is confirmed damaged or defective, return shipping will be free of cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized orders.
Gift cards.
Items on sale or clearance.
Refunds
Process:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Timing:
The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchange for Damaged Product:
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. An unboxing video and photos are mandatory.
The product must be unused and in original packaging. If approved, the exchange will be provided free of cost including shipping.
Exchange for Different Design:
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping charges for this exchange will be paid by the customer.

For damaged or defective products, return and exchange shipping is free of cost. For exchanges due to change in design, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Returns:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
